I was delaying responding until my Mother in law arrived from Florida and had a chance to use the stair lift. First your guys that came out and did the install were very proffesional and courteous. They completed the install and did a quality verification before fully explaining how the unit worked and it’s features. All packaging and debris was removed at job completion. The real test was when my 90 year old Mother in Law arrived and with a quick lesson she was operating it in no time. She is very happy with the product function and uses it mutiple times a day.
