I feel a load lifted sort-of-speak. It was hard getting my mother in and out of the house every other day for dialysis. She was afraid to go down the stairs forward so I started taking her down backwards. Sometimes, her legs would weaken causing her to lose her balance. Quite often, I would have to brake that fall risking injury to myself. Having the ramp installed totally eliminated my worries. I’m very satisified with the product and the professional and quick services I received. I’m am now able to transport her in and out of the house safely.
