Our stair-lift was installed on Friday, May 13. After a couple of uses, the chair got stuck at the bottom of the stairs. We were leaving for most of the day Saturday. To our amazement, a man was at our home within two hours (on a Sunday!), made necessary adjustments and got it working perfectly.
My semi-invalid wife loves the stair-lift and she has been doing things downstairs that she has been putting off because of the need to climb up and down stairs, On Monday, my knee started acting up and hurting a lot, and, unexpectedly, I became a user by necessity. We are delighted with our decision to acquire the stair-lift.
