Dear John, Carlos, and Nate,
My dad and I are still doing trial and error on our new stairlifts. Wednesday is our big test!
Due to my father’s fused leg, knee, and broken hip… and his 92 years of age, this stairlift will be my father’s freedom or else he would have been trapped upstairs in our raised ranch until the end of his days.
Thank you for coming to the hospital to talk to my dad even though he couldn’t hear well or understand.
Thank you for caring and going above and beyond to help us in our process to keep a quality life for my dad.
