Thank you for a job done well, courteously, and promptly. I first phoned on a week-end and, as expected, got a message machine. Surprisingly, that phone call prompted an answering call in just an hour or two from the owner. He said he’d answered my call on a week-end in case I was experiencing trouble with my stair lift. We made an appointment for a free consultation on that very Monday.
That first visit included a careful explanation of just how the proposed stair lift could work in my home, what it would cost, and the answers to any questions I had. While I got estimates from other companies, Rampnow representatives kept in touch with me by phone, but were not at all impatient or insistent. Once I made up my mind to hire Rampnow, it was installed on the second weekday after my decision.
On each visit to my home, the representative arrived within an hour of expected time. My lift has been in for about 2 weeks now. I find that it matches the specifications promised at the first estimate and that it is smooth running and convenient.
